OCS offers a set of applications for collaboration, communication and document management and is the first complete set of applications designed to integrate directly into enterprise business processes unstructured content, e-mail, calendar applications and communication tools in real time.  OCS contains a series of applications for all communication flows within an organization. Management information is provided by modules such as Content Services or Oracle Workspaces, which provides tools for information, reduce risks of loss or leakage of information and help to lay dawn general rules for data management. New interface, interactive and dynamic, allow the access for information anytime and anywhere via a web browser.  Oracle Mail provide a unified data infrastructure, by storing all types of messages in a single database. This service also offers the possibility of access through any mobile device. Oracle Calendar combines features of planning time with access methods to provide updated information anytime, anywhere and on any platform. Oracle Real-Time Collaboration Module is a component of real time messaging and web-based conference. The application can be set as support for public or private  conferences, for online seminars or as a tool for communication with company employees.
