Vector Software: plus 30% in six months

Romanian company Vector Software, a Certified Oracle Partner, achieved 30%, turnover growth in the first half compared with the same time last year, and estimates 2005 turnover to be 75% higher than in 2004. The software solutions provider concluded last year with 1.700.000 dollars (1.37 million euro) in turnover, which was derived almost exclusively from providing consulting services for implementation of Oracle applications. One of the explanations for this growth is the signing of a contract with Sensiblu after a tender. Sensiblu is the largest drugstore chain in Romania (112 units and 600.000 customers).

The contract provides the implementation of a customer relationship management solution (CRM) and supply services. Needed of implementation of this management solution has brought a competition increasingly powerful from the retail market of medicines and pharmaceuticals, said Claudiu Opran, CEO of Sensiblu.
Under these conditions no longer sufficient just information about sales volume and products purchased and there is need to achieve a personalized client profile to answer the question “who has bought?”
