Vector Software at Sensiblu   Local IT solutions provider Vector Software has implemented in the network of pharmacies Sensiblu of A&D Pharma group, a customer relationship management solution (CRM) produced by the American company Oracle. The value of this contract hasn’t been made public. The supplier was decided after an organized Sensiblu auction and the solution was chosen according to company needs. Oracle CRM offers all the necessary information for the sales, marketing and service departments, being realized on an open architecture (open-source). "We realize in this way a better relationship with our patients, identifying their needs", said Claudiu Opran, General Manager of Sensiblu. The company invested in the last year several million euro in technology and communications solutions to improve internal business and sales.   Over one million euro was spent on a complex network of secure communications between company offices, based on Romtelecom services.
